These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "User", "you") and Panthera Prowl ("we", "us", "our", "Company") in accordance with the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Access to and use of this website — theprowl.in — and purchase of any product listed thereon constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

By using this Website you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or are accessing the Website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Use by persons under 18 requires verifiable parental consent.
You may currently purchase as a guest. If account creation is enabled in the future, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
We endeavour to display accurate colours, textures, and dimensions. However, actual product colours may vary slightly from screen to screen. Garment measurements are provided in the size guide and are accurate within ±1 cm tolerance, which is normal in textile manufacturing.
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST (currently 5% on apparel items under HSN 6109 / 6205). No additional tax will be levied at checkout. A GST-compliant tax invoice is issued for every completed order.
We reserve the right to revise product prices at any time without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you place and confirm your order.
All orders are subject to product availability. In the rare event that a product becomes unavailable after your payment, we will notify you within 48 hours and process a full refund within 5–7 business days.
Placing an item in your cart does not constitute a reservation or guarantee of availability. An order is considered placed only when you complete the payment step.
After successful payment you will receive an order confirmation via email containing your unique Order ID. This email constitutes our acceptance of your offer to purchase. We reserve the right to cancel any order (and refund the payment in full) in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability.
All payments are processed through Razorpay Software Pvt. Ltd., a PCI DSS Level 1 certified Payment Aggregator regulated by the Reserve Bank of India under the Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007 and the RBI Payment Aggregator Guidelines (March 2020).
We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex), Net Banking, and supported Wallets. All transactions are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption and 3D Secure authentication.
We do not store any card, bank account, or UPI details on our servers. All payment data is handled exclusively by Razorpay.

We currently ship across India only. Free shipping is provided on all orders with no minimum order value. After dispatch, delivery takes 2–3 business days (metro) or 4–6 business days (non-metro / remote areas).
Tracking information is sent to your registered email once the parcel is dispatched. Delivery timelines post-dispatch are estimates and may be affected by Force Majeure events, public holidays, or carrier delays. For full shipping details, please refer to our Shipping & Returns Policy.
Risk of loss and title for products purchased passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. However, if the product arrives damaged, we will take full responsibility — please see Section 8.
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible items, in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
Items are eligible for return if: (a) they arrive with a manufacturing defect; (b) the wrong item was delivered; (c) the item was damaged in transit.
Items are not eligible for return if: (a) they have been worn, washed, or altered; (b) original tags have been removed; (c) the return is initiated beyond 7 days of delivery.
Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. Please see our complete Returns Policy for the full process.
All content on this Website — including but not limited to the Panthera Prowl name and logo, product designs, photographs, text, graphics, UI elements, and embroidery artwork — is the exclusive intellectual property of Panthera Prowl and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999, and the Designs Act, 2000.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Website for personal, non-commercial use. You must not reproduce, redistribute, sell, publish, broadcast, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
Any unauthorised use constitutes an infringement of our intellectual property rights and may result in civil and criminal liability under Indian law.
We collect and process your personal data (name, email, phone, address) solely to fulfil your orders, communicate with you, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Any violation may result in termination of your access to the Website and may be reported to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Panthera Prowl's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Website shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for: (a) indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; (b) delays caused by Force Majeure; (c) losses caused by third-party payment failures; (d) inaccuracies in user-provided information.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or any purchase made on the Website, we encourage you to first contact us at dispatch@theprowl.in to seek an amicable resolution. We will respond within 48 working hours.
If the dispute is not resolved amicably within 30 days, either party may approach the competent courts. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan.
Customers also retain the right to approach the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, at the district, state, or national level, depending on the value of the claim.
